I am not satisfied with my product and services

I m writing it as my last resort becausei I m extremely upset & disgusted with my HTC Diamond mobile & their support services. Problem with my mobile began one n half month back with constant mobile hanging & low battery back. I visited their tech support centre here in Delhi (salora …Okhla Phase –II), initially they were not ready to acknowledge the problem, but with repeated visit for the same problem they diagnosed the fault in maim board & finally changed the main board (IMEI-355304027813705). Since then a lot many new problems cropped up besides previous low battery backup still persisting. Every other day I face a new fault in it. My mobile is very slow now, it always show above 60% usage of RAM even when no application is running. It get heat up excessively even usin g it for 5 minutes I consulted their support centre for it, they fooled me by simply reloading the operating system n for low battery backup as according to their support engineer is "Normal" n just for the heck of it they said its problem with the charging adapter (which wa s working so fine) and they replace it which has no HTC logo in it. But all this doesn’t help a bit. Another fault that grew up is that my mobile graphics all of sudden get distorted which can only vanished after restarting the set. This distortion occur 3-4 times in a day since then. I ag ain visited their support centre and they simply repeated their old business of reloading the operating system which i don’t understand how come that every problem is related with the O/S. I m research scholar, its realy tough for me to spare time to go to their centre every time. I just want to get my mobile repair/replace before my warranty get expired.
