HTC Mobile P3300
HTC Phone Malfunctioning

I had bought an HTC P3300 around a year back on 4th June from Reliance Digital Store in Banjara Hills Hyderabad. Below are the Phone details.

Place of Purschase: Reliance Digital Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

I had bought this phone to meet my following requirement’s &

1) Check my mails on the move and

2) GPS system

Everything was fine till I configured my outlook to send receive official mails. To my surprise I realized that Outlook and Map king software don’t work together.

The mobile started giving memory error and didn’t run Map king software. Every time I had to run GPS I would delete outlook mails, then disable it and restart the phone.

I checked the HTC website and didn’t get any hot fix for it. It’s almost a year I have been waiting for fix. My warranty will expire in next few weeks. I would like to get a fix for this.

Other than this the phone speaker stopped working and was replaced (P/N 36H00464) couple of days back. Unfortunately we still have a loose connection and the speaker stops working intermittently.

Would like to give HTC a chance to provide fix /resolution for the same before I take the matter to consumer court, as the product which has been sold is not working as per specifications and not fit for the purpose.
