Poor Service

Dear Sir,

Earlier we have purchased one HTC Handset. It was mishandled by us and submitted to the HTC Authorized Service Centre Named Salora in Okhla on 18/07. Their Contact number of the centre is 29207156/57/58. After submitting our handset to them, we have called so many times to know the repair status. But every time, we have been told to call after 2 days or 3 days. It's been a very long time to submit our handset for repair but till today we have not received even a single call from them regarding the status of our phone.

We are suffering from this action as we are not able to make and receive calls.

Kindly look into this matter and do the needful accordingly on urgent basis.
