Poor Service

I have a worst experience with HTC service center in Pune, RT Outsourcing Services LTD.

Address: 110, 111 Manish Plaza, NIBM Road, Pune-48

Tel: (91-20-40100915, 40100900). I have given my HTC P3300 which is under warranty three weeks back. They are supposed to replace it's motherboard but they are not responding quickly. I am getting tortured. Whenever I call they say as soon as motherboard comes we will call you. Poor customer service. Once I visited service center they asked me to wait for one hour and then said motherboard has not come yet. Please let me know what I can do in this regard.
