Dear Sir,

I request to block the IMEI No. 3535330117955670000 of my HTC 3400i mobile phone instrument that was stolen in Metro Rail while I was deboarding from Metro Rail at Shadipur Metro Station, New Delhi around 9:05 am on 24.09.2009.

Though immediately on realising the same, I had called my mobile service provider AIRTEL at their Call Centre and given instructions to block the SIM card so that the same cannot be misused by anyone. However, you are requested to block the handset, and if possible inform the police authorities at Patel Nagar, New Delhi where the written complaint has been lodged vide application letter dated 24.09.2009 regarding the whereabouts of the instrument if being used by anyone.
