Replacement of Handset

I've bought HTC P3452 Handset from a Mobile Store Outlet at Amravati Road, Nagpur on 28 Oct. It has problems of incoming call dropping (i.e. if someone calls me, he hears the ring but nothing is displayed on my handset) and battery backup (supposed to be 30 hrs, but i get only 15-16 hrs). I've shown it twice to HTC service centre near Panchsheel square - Nagpur, but they could not solve the problem. Now when I am asking for replacement, they are denying and telling me they cant for the policies of the company. What should i do?
