Touch Screen is not working

Hi, I Purchase this phone last year with cost more than Rs.13000 from Hot Spot Kalkaji, New Delhi, India.

Now day i am in UK for my further study and i am facing issue like Touch screen is not working, Phone get hang, unable to take back up of contact. etc. I am not able to access my contact list because touchscreen is not working and i am thinking off that how to call my family becasue all number are in contact list, which i am not able to access. I am so much pizzed off with this Phone, and there is not support for same. I want to sue this HTC company. If they can't not support product then how come they are running there bussiness.

I want my money back. This is one of worst phone we i have in my life.
