HTC Touch 3400i
Faulty Damaged Handset

Hi, I am Nitin from Mumbai. I have a HTC 3400i Handset which I sent to the authorised service center "Taipan Electronics" for repair at Borivali. The center not only kept my handset for 3 weeks but also has damaged my handset (hardware & software). Please let me know whom I should complain to as HTC staffers do not even answer the phone
