Mobile phone Not working Prperly

Dear Sir,

I bought one HTC Touch 3G Mobile phone 4 months back and it costed me Rs. 17, 300/- (seventeen thousand three hundred). Since that time my mobile is giving problems. It switch off automatically. I have visited their authorised service centre thrice. but no improvement. I wish to replace my mobile with a new one. it is not at all acceptable that a such an expensive phone works in this manner. Please help.
