Validity of warranty

I have purchased HTC Touch about 9 months ago & for which warranty period is 1 year. Now within 3 months I had to replace LCD panel of handset as it was cracked. This was a paid service as it was a physical damage & I had got it done through authorised service provider. Now, after 4 months thereof my HTC has got hang & is not working at all as (as told to me by authorised service center after its checking) its motherboard has got crashed. Now, as I have got the first repairs done through authorised service center & as my warranty period has not expired, am I eligible to get second repairs i.e. motherboard getting crashed at free of cost (since the warranty peiod is live & this second problem is not due to any physical damage but a technical problem)? - Santosh Doshi Cell : 919822346729
