Complaint for touch pad

I have submited my HTC mobile to ur Borivali branch for repaires purposed at that time they have revert to me saying the touch screen problem is there & after 15/20 days back, i.e befor two days i have received my cell from ur service center.after paying amount of 3995/- after receipt of mobile next day their is voice controller problem get start suddenly & when i again approched the service center they are saying their is motherboard problem & that is not repairable How this problem get start suddenly??? I want the answer from you end as well as as per Govt their is VAT for proper bill 10.36, then how your centers charges 12.36%??? if such misguiding is happening from centers those are opened for services of customers. then how would public reliy on same.
