HTC- Touch Pro
Wrong handset supplied by the company according to features

I have purchased a new htc- touch pro according to the features listed on the indian website of htc but the product i got was little bit different according to the features stated on the website. so, i called up at the customer care centre of the htc but they didn't worked accordingly. so i want that they must refund my full money or they must provide me same handset with same features written on the website.
