Pathetic customer sevice

Hi,

I purchased HTC Touch Viva from Marathalli, Sangeetha mobile outlet. I was asked to come next day to collect screen guard and pouch. The executive clearly mentioned that i needn't to pay anything for screen guard. Next day, when i asked for screen guard, the excecutive started talking roughly and threatened to throw out of the store. Do we expect such pathetic service in this era when the retailer struggling to build a loyal cutomer base through good customer service??
