PF account not closed and amt not settled

I submited the application for closure of my PF account on June 4th. Till now its not settled. Upon e-mailing the HR in the office, they said it should be done by now since PF accounts got migrated from Maharstra to karnataka. I called up PF office many times and each time i call they ask me to call after 2 months.

At the time of closure I was informed that my PF would be settled in period of 180 working days (approximately).

Now it’s been a year that I have applied for my PF account closure through HTMT, which is not settled till date. Can someone help me on this issue?
