PF Not being Processed

Respected Sir,

I Ganapathy. I.K was working in HTMT Global Solutions for a period of 5yrs & 8months, resigned the job on Nov 9th after serving my 1 month Notice period.

Before i left HTMT, they provided us a Form which was duly filled & submitted which was for the transfer of PF Account to Karnataka from Mumbai. The new PF Number (KN/46294/016) was given to us. As per HTMT they still state that the transfer has not been completed!!

Till now, i do not have any idea as what is happening regarding the transfer from Mumbai PF Office to Karnataka PF Office,

Upon checking with the PF office in Bommanahalli they stated that the transfer was completed as i had the new Karnataka PF Number!!

However when i checked with HTMT they stated that the transfer was not completed yet & it would happen only in December.!!

Do we have to wait for so long to get my PF amount?

kindly inform or advice with respect to the Issue mentioned, (Could we re-course to Court of Law/Consumer maybe?)
