Poor quality of product and customer service

Hi,
I used the website http://www.bangaloreonlineflorists.com to send a Sweet Chariot pineapple cake to my mother in Bangalore on the occassion of Mother's Day. The main reason i used this website was because it was the only one selling this brand of cakes that are my Mom's favourite. The premium amount paid seemed worth it and so i placed the order on May 8th (2 days prior to the delivery date). On Mother's Day imagine my shock when my Mom asked why i had ordered a cheap local bakery cake for her that was delivered the previous night itself!! i was furious and called the Customer Service number and was as usual given no satisfactory reply. i asked for a full refund or replacement with a Sweet Chariot pineapple cake that was denied. Raising a complaint on the website is of no use - i do not believe any one is monitoring the requests/complaints raised online. Calling the customer service number on the website is of no use - it goes to a mailbox where one cannot leave messages and the one customer care executive - Miss. Dipannita is not helpful and gives some excuse for not connecting to the Manager. Other reviews on mouthshut.com indicate that this is a fraud company and must be stopped from continuing their business. I am not sure if this is the right forum to raise this complaint.
