Bad Service

I purchased Tata Swach Purifier in month of May and within few days water stopped coming from filter. The Service person came and did some cleaning to it and after that black particles started coming from bulb and again water stopped coming. He demanded charges & told me change this bulb & bring new bulb. Service people are not trained people neither they know how to solve problems. I also talked his senior person & but did not solve any query regarding this complaint. I called customer care also but they gave me time for 24 working hours to resolve the problem.

If my problem not resolve in upcoming time so i will go to consumer court regarding this complaint.
