I am Pundaleek P Belamge. Currently, I am residing in Gurgaon (Haryana)

I ordered gifts to Bangalore through the site: http://www.giftwithlove.com

The shipping time they have mentioned in web site is 2-3 days and they deliver the orders in the weekends as well.

I ordered a gift on 19th Feb 08, but, still they did not deliver the order. I called them (cell: 91 97395 34146) on 22nd Feb 08, in order to know the status of the order and came to know that the item I have chosen was not in stock! and they told me that the item will be delivered by tomorrow (23rd Feb 07)

After that I was calling them almost everyday and they are telling we'll deliver it by end of today positively. They are not giving any valid reason also

Please help in this regard as this may be the situation with other people as well
