Not ready to provide service

Hello there

I had bought online package of one domain and web space from www.manashosting.com paying Rs 2500. Its been 10 days but till date the company has not provided me the services they promised. The server space is not available as FTP is not working. I have complained several time to the technical team and every time they say that maintainence work is going on.

If i call billing team for refund they either donot answer the call or donot responce in live chat or ask to contact technical team.

I wish either they provide the services they promised in web or refund my money.
