Worst service cente

I bought a phone of huawei (v desire) in the month of march. but just after 1 month phone stop working. Then i reach to it's service canter in rohtak (har.) on the date of 07-04-09. they tell me you can pick up your phone in after 10 day in ok condition. But even after 1 month and 9 day they are unable to give me any answer about my phone status.
