Very Bad Road Conditions of Colonies in HUDA Sectors

I want to report bad road conditions of private colonies like Ardee City in Gurgaon. The builder Ardee Infrastructure is not repairing the roads.

But when MCG collects house tax from such colonies then why dont they take over the maintenance of these colonies? This is a cheating by MCG and Haryana Government.
