Faulty instrument not replaced

I purchased pureit water purifier on 12-10-09, from rushabh distributor in bel road... i asked them to chek the product but they said just ok... i brought home and tried filling water and found the product to have crack in the water collection chamber... so immediately in the next day i have made a complaint... it has been sixteen days of calling to the customer care till now I have not got the faulty instrument replaced.
