Complaint for battery kit

Dear Sir,

We are three person (in total) in my family.

We have purchased Pureit water Filter in August - 2008.After working of 9 months, having filtered appox.1, 000 ltr. of water the battery expired (Where as Co. claims that germ kill battery will filter 1, 500 ltrs.of water).

Any how, I got replaced the battery in May - and only after 3 months the battery expired again

(became red in total) just having filtered appox. 400 ltr. of water.

Pl. note there is no change in family structure as well as in the the place where filter installed.

It means Co. like HUL is cheating with the customer.

Who will bear the cost of Rs. 365/- again and again (the cost on new battery )?

If there is any quality lapse in battery, than Co. should have replase the battery free of cost.

I hope the Co. is very reputed and will look into my geniune problem.
