This company is in software developing

they recruited us from dit school of business from greater noida as a business development officer.

we were supposed to do selling in which daily two leads will be provided to us as per promised by the director. but nothing has happened according to that..

THEY want that we do sales but on their part they are not doing anything. not even provided brouchers, pamplets.

their pricing strategy is not good.

also, we were promised to be paid rs 3000 as allowances (including calling. visits and all that). but after even one and half month we did'nt get any thing.they said that you did"nt hit any deal so we will not pay you allowances for the month.this was untollerable.

and now they are saying that who want to leave the company may leave.

they are going for further recruitments in various colleges for the same post. and same rules they are going to follow.

so, i want to stop this company from doing this.

because it is totally the wastage of candidate`s time and efforts, if they get placed in such company.

most of us already left the company because of total unprofessional treatment and they are not on their promises.
