Conveyance Deed not executed even after 3 years

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar has been allotted a plot number 319 in Faridabad, Sector-31 under the scheme of H.U.D.A.(i am writting this to you on behalf of the allotee throug a Registered attorney in My name)

Because of some reasons this plot of land could not handed over to the allotee. For this i have made a complaint to District Consumer Redressal Forum. This Court has given a decision in allotee's favour in the year 2006.

On the basis of the decision of District Consumer Forum, original allotee have been allotted with an alternate plot no. 344, in Sector-31, Faridabad. I have deposited the whole amount as asked.(i have the no dues Certificate also). Further i have also given with the possession of this plot and HUDA also approved the Proposed Design/construction plan for construction on this plot.

But at the same time HUDA made an appeal against the order of District Redressal Forum to State Consumer Redressal Forum in 2006.

H'onable State Consumer Redressal Forum also passed the order in my favour by rejecting appeal of HUDA in June.

As far as my knowledge is concern now HUDA is left with no remedy as the order of State Consumer Redressal Forum is not appleable further in this case.

I have applied for the execution of Conveyance deed in 2006.Now almost three months has been passed since the State Consumer redressal Forum has made the order, but still conveyance deed has not been executed in allotees name.
