Illegal Hostels in Ardee City Gurgaon A Threat to Local Residents

Dear Sir,
Its been more than a year since several flats in Ardee City, Sector 52, Gurgaon have been taken on rent for student hostels which is now a commercial use and big security threat to owners and residents.
More than 300 students of "JK Business School" living in different flats, causing a lot of problems to residents of Platinum floors and surrounding areas in Ardee City.
It has been obsoreved that more than 30 flats of Platinum independent floors are occupied by these students through hostel contractor, in which around 200-300 students of JK Business School (and they are looking for more flats) living since last one year. It is also noticed that the contractor has opened an office/mess in Ground Floor of D-14/28 which serves breakfast, food etc to all, which includes the girls, boys, teachers and the other staff.
These students catch their bus from this so called office and back in the evening. Now these activities are causing problems by daily gathering of students in morning from 8:00 to 9:00 am for breakfast & catching the bus. Then at 5:30 to 6:30 pm for evening snacks, and lastly from 8:30 to 11 pm for dinner.
The contractor and students can be easily spotted consuming liquor and smoking around their office with other catering staff - all this continues till 12:00 in midnight making like a hell for other residents.
The surrounding residents can t come out as most of the area gets blocked by these students, and some times these students make obscene gestures to girls and other family ladies.
Residents talked to Ardee City RWA & Ardee Infrastructure officials, but they are not able to control them as contractor & property dealers pressurise them with their power.
We the residents of Ardee City seek support from other residents and the police officials and HUDA authority to control such activities in a society like Ardee City.
