Hi,
I have raised request with customer care of pure it for replacement of battery on Octoer31st but i did not get any response from the Pure-it people so far despite my calls made to them asking when can the battery replaced. The only response i get was the executive will contact and replacement happens in 3 days.

Can somone advice if i can go for consumer forum asking for my money back returning the device.
These people say 1crore challenge, where the service doesnot even meet 1% of what other water purifier agencies are provide.
Except customer care mail-ID i could not get mail-Id's of any managerial level person of HUL Pure-it to get this escalated.
Advice what an i do next to get my money back, because i dont want this kind service everytime i had problem or battery change of pure-it.
