Do not pay our credit card payment

Dear sir

This is my secound complaints for my credit card outstanding payment. I am Nazmulhasan Zariwala and my credit card no.is 4076 5906 9972 2006 and my card also submited as on 24th march.

i had got our march month statement and the due amount of Rs.2264/- after i called to customer care services to before the payment, then i told to your statement was not get for four months. so i don't know for the due amount, so i not paid the amount and after mr.sachine was told to i have done one month charges was deducted and remaining amount will pay to immediately.so i paid to cheque amount of Rs.1913/ with application letter & my credit card as on submited on 24 march, 08. but i got on april month statement and due Rs.414.42/- how to reflected this amount? and i am not pay this due amount.
