Painful car seats

Sir,

I have recently bought a i.10 (Magna).

The seats of the same are extremely hard, uncomfortable & painful.

I am also using a Accent GLS & had a Santro previously, besides having a Honda Zx Gxi.

The above problem was not there in my previous purchases.

I would like to know if there is any remedy to rectify the above, as this problem has landed me with a severe lower back pain & I am on medication & undergoing physiotherapy.

My complaint is of a serious nature & you are requested to kindly look into the same & take corrective measures.
