UNABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM

Last week i took my santro car (2003 model) DL3c ab 3579 to saranam motors (vasant kunj) as it was missing and was not running smooth. First day they took approx. 4-5hours and charged me 150 for that and told me the problem is solved. The problem was still there as i drove the car, when i reported the same to the engineer he told me to come next day as it was already evening. The next day i went there and they tried but unable to solve the problem, this happened 4 times, that they called me and were failed. So kindly tell me that what type of engineers are there with your company who are not capable of solving the problems. Please find a solution to me so that i remain your customer.
