Delay in Delivry

I booked on 30th of Sep'09 for my top up cylinder.

I received answers cylinder will be delivered by today or tomorrow when ever I called.

I am watested my time to make a call and its very hard to reach them.

They asked me to collect cylinder from their place and I arranged my brother in law, they said there is no booking.

I am facing problem on every booking and the agency not yet delivery w/o followup.

I am out of gas now and I could not get any proper answers from your agency.
