Without reason deduction from prepaid

Sir,

The complainant submits as under:-

1. That on March 16 at about 4:30 p.m., the company deducted some amount from my prepaid number 98880-31822.

2. That I made a complaint on March 17 regarding the same where I was told that I made an ISD call for which I the amount has been deducted but I denied the same and the attendant forwarded my complaint bearing no.1614321288.

3. That no response was given to me and I again made a call to custome care on March 21 and I was told that no ISD call was made by me and the charges will be refunded in my account with in 24 hours.

4. That till yesterday I didnt receive any response and I once again made a call to customer care where the attendant flatly refused to hear my complaint.

So it is prayed that my complaint may kindly be considered and please don't allow your attendants to harass your custmors without any reason. Hope you will take action.
