Signal problem

We have 3 hutch numbers in use at present in the family, and we all are facing a signal problem, there is no voice clarity and the caller is not able to hear us. this problem is occuring since yesterday, i have made a complaint by talking to the hutch customer care, but there is no improvement.

kindly look into this matter and provide us with a better connection.
