(Hutch) Vodafone prepaid sim card
SIM CARD NOT ACTIVE

My prepaid mob no 99859 48916.

SIM card No 89911 30020 17947 778 4.

It is not active since last 3 weeks. No outgoing/ incoming calls are possible.

I submitted fresh address proof & photo to Vodafone service centre in Dr AS Rao Nagar Secunderabad, AP twice. Last time, Miss Srilatha took my complaint on 12 Mar. She told it would be resolvd in 2 days.

No progress so far till 22 Mar 09.

Approximate balance left Rs 500/- talk time.

PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE
