Over charging on outgoing call

Dear sir/madam,

my mobile no. is:9825472703.

i had recharged with rs. 597 for 1 year validity with all outgoing call @ rs. 1 per min. and was normal for some time after recharge. But later on it was deducted @ rs. 1.99 per min. and i complained on 09-02 with complain no. 613553088, on 13-02 with complain no. 617772964 and also on 15-02 with complain no. 618976842, but not resolved till today.

i request you to reimburse my extra rs. 70 which was deducted by system fault, so it should be credited as early as possible. Rs. 70 is not a big amount but it's a trust between a company and customer, otherwise it will force me to changeover to other compny.
