I have purchase a videcon lcd 19', direct from company they have charge me 14999/= rs fifteen thousand only having a mrp on 12999/= thirteen thousand only this co is not geuine after complaning at there call centre they say this there routine habbit i say i will go to consumer court next day they give me a call we are give you a free hometheater... days gone no one apporch to what can i do for this is there any solution of getting my money back nitin dua my phone no is 9811143412'
