Severe sewage overflow

Dear Sir,

I am the Secretary of Saphhire Apts, Chikoti Gardens, Begumpet. Since last 4 days there is severe sewage overflow near my building. As a result, stagnant fould water and sewage is accumulating. This poses an accute health hazard to the residents.

I have sent complaint to Mr. Sarma - Director, Tech. at Hyd. Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewage Board (HMWSSB). But no action has been taken yet!

Please look into this serious matter and respond.
