Worst quality water supply

I am a resident of Charminar East, Hyderabad. Past 3 water supply days we are subjected to very bad, smelly and black coloured water, which is supplied during early morning hours between 5am and 8am. The complaint registration facility on www.hyderabadwater.gov.in doesn't work. This problem had also been observed earlier a couple of months back. I request the concerned authorities to urgently look into this matter and take quick action to restore good quality drinking water.
