Non-delivery of flowers

Dear Concern,

I ordered an online bouquet for my sister on her birthday, on 6th May, at Srikakulam (AP). I ordered at late night but www.hyderabadonlineflorists.com assured that flowers will reach by evening. Flowers didn't reach on the said date, nor for the next days.

I called him up, he told us flowers are delivered but may be to wrong address. I demanded my money back but he simply refused (even though while ordering they promised to return money back, if not delivered). I asked him if the address was confusing then why didn't you call, he said we can't do all such things. I even said that i will complain in CONSUMER FORUM. He darely said WE DON"T CARE. DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT.

Pl help me out what to do?
