No response to passport renewal application

Registration No. A023615 dated 14-03-08 is still pending. A coplaint was also larged state us as on date for police enquiry is still pending. Please expidite under intimation since the International Conference in Germany is due shortly, which I am planing to attend w.e.f. 29th May 08.
