Road is messed up

Hey,

I moved in to new apartment recently in Madhapur. Its in the Image hospital lane called Vittal Rao Nagar. The road is totally messed up, not sure why it was dug up, but whatever the reason was, it seems that the work is done, but the road is still in a messed up state. Its really difficult to travel on that road specially at night when theres no street lights aswell. Kindly forward this msg to whoever it is supposed to be intended to. Would really appreciate if it gets fixed.
