I bought Onida washing machine in sep 2007
last three month it gives problems
I have booked complaint in onida CRC
My First complaint no is 09041156383055 dated 22.04.09 - Nungambakkam chennai office
Service man come and checked the machine
as per his finding cabinet is rust your machine is under warrenty so I will arrange for alternate one
After one month response from Onida
Once again I called your customer Relation center
They sent a new guy & he also said the same
Second complaint No is 81468 dated 16.05.09
Till now no one will come and solve
please help
