Cheque bounced, no responce from company

I have treated a patient Named Mr. R.S.Bisht in month of Nov from 6th nov to 25 nov is treatment duration. which was coverd for dental insurence for some treatments by a company named `Hygicare`.prior to tratment we setteld down by payment structure nd company assure me to pay the insured amount ie Rs.6500 of treatment after 45 days. ie on 2nd Jan. after repeted calls to company on 21 we got a cheque of 4500, which is requested to deposited on 25 by Nisha Mutneja -OPD executive of Hygicare, On 28 Jan cheque deposited and which was bounced on 30 jan due to insufficient funds.when this was informed to Hygicare the concerd guy Mr. Sunil mailed me to send me a Draft along with penalty charges on 2nd feb.nd since then they are just delaying the payment by giving layman excuses nd shifting dates. Kindly help me out nd let me know what is the exact procedure to get the payments clear from this Company
