I had placed an order in the store on the 27th September for a soft toy (elephant with muffler) and was told that the product will be delivered at my residence on 29th September between 4pm-9pm as the product was not available in the store.

but the product did not arrive on this promised date. When I called the Customer service center, they told me that the product is on its way and shall be delivered on this day itself even as late as 12.00 midnight. Then the next day, i.e today I called up the customer service again, and they told me that it will be delivered between 6-8 pm today. it still did not arrive, so i called up the center again and this time, a person who is supposed to be the supervisore tells me that the product has not been dispatched at all from the warehouse and it will be delivered only tomorrow. Today being the 30th September nothing has happened and I have already paid my money (Rs. 700) to these people.
