Hyper city is even not ready to ack customer conmplient

Dear Sir,
I had purchased one Dining table from Hyper City Vashi store on 10 Feb Within five months one of leg of table is started puffing up. I have informed Hyper City Vashi store regarding this problem on 26 July and one of the person has visited my house on 27 July for this complaint. He observed the problem and took complaint in writing from me.
I have requested him to give me the acknowledgement of receipt of my compliant. He told me our store people will contact me regarding this compliant.
After that I have received few phone call from your Vashi store I requested them to provide me my copliant acknowledgment they clearly refuse me and told me that Hyper City doesn’t give any acknowledgement for customer compliant!! and this phone call is the only acknowledgment of your compliant.
Is it so?? and does it mean that Hyper City do not care about their customer compliant.
When they are not ready to ack our compliant how we can expect Hyper City to give solution to the compliant.
Against my compliant Hyper city’s staff told me that its five month old table we can’t do any thing for it.
Is there any way through that we can find out solution for this type of problem with such BIG companies???
