Not releasing my PF since last 7years

Dear Sir,

I have resigned from your esteemed organisation in the year of 2001 after a 6-years of grateful service, immediately I have been settled my all dues

in the month of Feb.2001. But I regret to inform you that inspite of my regular follow-up & visits to your office my PF is not yet cleared, also never gets your appointment.

I have submitted my PF forms & necessary documents 3-times, first with Mr. S.S.Salokhe (HR-Head) second with Mr. Akil Kazi (HR-Head) & now it is lying with

Mr. Anand Sangai (HR-Head) from last 6-months but unfortunately it is pending because of your signature from last 7-years.

I humbly request you to help me for getting my PF.Awaiting for your kind cooperation in this regards.
