Hyundai 10 ERA Model from Suherit Hyudai dealer
Not deliver on time and BAD attitude towards custome

Hi,

This is Vivek Mishra, I have booked a Hyudai i10 ERA car in Suhrit Hyudai on date 31 March'08 through Suhrit hyudai's representative Mr Pramod.

I had paid booking amount Rs15k on the same day and got delivery date on 13th April'08 as a commitment.

But after booked the car I don't have communication from Suherit end and it seems that they just

forgot this deal and finally I called them regarding the deal.

On 18th April'08, I decided to cancell this deal for this I sent a cancellation letter through a fax.

But I surprized to know that I will get back the booking amount (Rs15K) after three weeks.

Once again they approched to me and said car can be delivered in First week of May'08 so I thought, I should wait till first week of May'08.

Once again I agreed with this commitment.

But once again they repeated the same as in the past they done. I called to them on 7th May'08

still they don't have any exact car deleivery date.

I called to Suhrit Hyudai's GM Puspa Negi, but I was so dissappointed to talk her she just heard my name and disconnected the mobile as well switch off the mobile.

If such behavior is of Suherit Dealer's head and what can we expect from other memebrs of the Suherit Hyudai.

I have done complaint on Hyudai Motors against the Suherit Hyudai dealer. But I do not have much

hope.

I will request to this consumer forum representative, Please do some action against the Hyudai as well

Suherit Hyudai dealer.

Please do the needful and help me to get my booking amount.
