No Service for the Product

This is the most awful experience buying aan electroni from a company of the Brand Hyundai.
I lodged a complaint on the 20 th with CCare of Hyundai that my TV and stopped working. This product is still under warranty (Warranty ends in October).
After regular calls and complaints made to the Service Centre we got an Engineer who changed the part however the TV was still not working. On 30th May (after regular calls made) the chasis was taken. I got it back on 5 June and thank God The TV was able to Display. But the same moment the Engineer who had visited to fix the chasis was informed that TV was making noise secondly it was showing the Display in convex/concave form and thirdly the picture was moving with lines at the bottom.
The Engineer told that you can continue using the TV and he would talk to his Supervisor about the problem as this probably could be because of problem in the power supply.
Since then there had been not a single day wherin a call has not been made to the Service centre and no attention has been given.
But this is not the end of my awful experience. After 3 days the TV gave a blast sound. I lost the Sound. This was again informed to Hyundai Service centre. Then another blast Lost the Display and finally the TV is again Dead.
This ordeal is still going on with the hope that Someone from Hyundai would be able to help!!!
because the Condition of the TV has worsened so probability of getting the product exchanged seems to be the best option as My TV is Still under Warranty.
If there are Higher Authorities at Hyundai...
