Complaint remains unattended for nearly 2 weeks

The service company has been giving me one or the other reason for not getting my machine functional everytime i call them and it happens atleast 5 times in a day.
I call them and all i get is an excuse or the time when their service personnel will visit and get my airconditioner funcitonal.
this piece has been faluty since the time i have purchased it. They have replaced the same part once and now since so many days have to be without it, causing mental trauma, affecting my business.
Below is the mail ommunication with the parent company responsible for after sales service.
Dear Mr. Kolte,
Inspite of following up with your service agency and bringing the matter to your attention, I still await the repairs of my air conditioner.
This has caused me a huge trauma and also loss of business, I would request you to take immediate action on the same.
You representatives have forced to me take the legal course.
This was to keep you posted on the issue and hoping that you could prevent such happenings, but unfortunately it seems me being the customer will have to fight for justice.

Dear Mr. Kolte,
Thank you for your immediate response.
Unfortunately it has not made any difference in my situation as till date nothing has been done about the problem and neither any form of communication from any person.
Hope you are able to get it resolved as soon as possible as am losing out on business due this problem. This is because we operate as channel partners to Angel Broking Ltd. and our clients presence in the premises is affected due to same.

Dear Mr. Kolte,
I had purchased a Hyundai air conditioner from Next Showroom at Borivli, on 22/06/08 (Bill No. 31821, Invoice No. 1159). It has been a horrendous experience since the day of installation.
As soon as the installation was complete the ac was not functioning, the card had to be replaced. This took three despite of rigorous follow-up.
Now in spite of launching a complaint (Complaint No. 7KA0589130017) on the 12/09/08 and repetitive reminders with the service organization K.C. Service it was attended yesterday on 18/09/08. The same problem was detected and the engineer carried the card for repairs.
After following with them, was asked to fax the copy of purchase invoice. As on current status their fax machine is not functional and hence my complaint cannot be attended on priority.
It is becoming difficult to maintain the temperature in my premises due to the unavailability of the air conditioner.
The service organization appointed by you has shown lethargic attitude towards my complaint.
I would appreciate if something can be done to avoid further inconvenience to me and my staff.
