I got my car (UP32 CH 3814) serviced on 17/07, at BEEAAR HYUNDAI, Lucknow. It was the first paid service. There were several dissapointing aspects which proved that the Customer satisfaction criteria of Hyundai is at it's minimum. The flaws are mentioned as follows:
1) Although i asked for the ESTIMATE but it was not provided.
2) The Front right head light glass contained moisture, and when observed, it looked like it has been replaced with an old one.
3) Although the battery terminal was changed a month ago, it was again changed without any information.
4) When asked for ratings by the customer care, 0 was provided by me, the person disconnected the call ruthlessly.
These factors, when mentioned to customer care were not resolved.
